Reid Southby is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Grede.

Reid joined Grede in October 2025.  Prior to joining Grede, Reid held multiple Sr. Executive roles as COO and President at GKN, Autokiniton, and Magna.

He is a global P&L leader with a proven track record achieving industry benchmark performance and delivering shareholder value. He has experience leading $500M-$5B organizations through operational turnarounds, M&A integrations, and strategic growth initiatives.

Reid has experience leading organizations in metal forming & machining, powder metal atomization, sinter metal components, aluminum die casting, powertrain assembly, plastic injection molding, and automated paint processing.

He holds a BSE in Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Business.
