Phillip Reise is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Grede.

Phillip joined Grede in 2020 and took over the role of CFO in November 2025.  Prior to taking on the CFO role, Phillip led corporate FP&A, treasury, and risk management functions.

Phillip has 20 years of experience in financial leadership and treasury management expertise. Phil has a proven track record of driving finance organizational performance and value through FP&A leadership, liquidity management, and risk mitigation strategies.

He has implemented many initiatives to drive liquidity and strengthened lender & insurance relationships. His career also includes senior treasury and finance roles at GST AutoLeather where he managed global treasury operations, credit facilities, risk, and foreign exchange hedging for a multinational organization.

Phillip holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Walsh College.
