Matt Hladki is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Grede.

Matt joined Grede in June 2022 as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining Grede, Matt was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at XPO Logistics and spent ten years at Stanley Black & Decker in various HR leadership roles, including Vice President and Integration Leader, Vice President of Global HR, and HR Director.

He leads the Human Resources, Communications, and Environmental, Social, and Governmental (ESG) activities. Matt has over 20 years of experience leading HR in the manufacturing and supply chain industries.

Matt has a proven track record of developing and implementing human capital strategies designed to support the achievement of business priorities. In addition, he has specialized experience in mergers and acquisitions, labor and employee relations, talent management and organizational transformation.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Michigan.
