Bob O’Neil is Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Grede.

Bob joined Grede in October 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer.  Prior to joining Grede Bob most recently served as Vice President of Sales at Autokiniton.

Bob is an experienced Sr. Sales Executive with over 30 years of experience in Engineering and Commercial roles.  He has a proven track record of developing strategic commercial plans, creating organic growth, and increasing margin across his portfolios.  Bob’s unique experience and expertise in Engineering, APQP, Contract Law, and Strategic Planning have been instrumental in his ability to create value while improving customer satisfaction.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Arts degree focused on Mechanical Engineering / Business from Michigan State University.
