Anil Bilimoria is Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Grede.

Anil joined Grede in October of 2025 as Chief Operating Officer.  Prior to Grede he most recently led Operations & Global Quality at Magna Exteriors.

Anil is a Six Sigma Black Belt and senior executive with over 25 years of engineering, operations, and P&L leadership experience.  He as a proven track record of creating shareholder value through operational turnarounds and high value continuous improvement activities focused on the appropriate areas of the P&L.

Anil has broad industrial process experience in metal forming & machining, powder metal atomization, sinter metal components, aluminum die casting, powertrain assembly, plastic injection molding, and automated paint processing.

Anil is passionate about building strong leadership teams, fostering continuous improvement cultures, and aligning strategy with measurable results.
